Any quotations, invoices and confirmation of booking will be sent via email and will form a contract between you and Mehreen.

Bookings are only confirmed once a security deposit is paid.

The services required date, time, location address of each booking enquiry must be clarified before any quotation and booking is made.

Any additional service which is made must be clarified in advance and is subject to another deposit.

No appointment enquiry date is put on hold unless it has been secured via deposit.

Deposit is MUST to confirm your booking.

Deposit is non-refundable.

The remainder balance must be paid and cleared via cash on the day of booking before any services commence.

Failure to make payment will result in booking being cancelled and no treatment or service to be carried out.

All bookings outside a 20mile radius from Heathrow will be subject to accommodation charge

All quotations, invoices and prices are exclusive of parking and congestion charges which must be paid by client.

There will be a charge of £30 for wait up to 30 minutes before any treatment or services is started and £5 per 5minute rounded up thereafter
